My story
For over 12 years, I have been working as a manager, managing teams and supporting people in their professional and personal development. On a daily basis, I build teams, set development directions, discover potentials, and match tasks to people's natural predispositions.
Originally, my career path was colorful and diverse. Probably like half of us. I started as a hostess at trade fairs, worked in a clothing store, and abroad during the summer. The job offer that initiated my managerial path I saw on social media. A friend shared a post. I didn't know the principles of accounting, but I did know German. My intuition didn't need any pondering. I made the decision right away and sent my CV. That's how I operate. Intuition is a radar and a guide for me in decision-making, I listen to it very closely.
In this company, I learned MS Excel and Lean Management.I became an internal trainer.Improvingmy skills and learning how to teach others.Both competencies began to complement each other; the combinationof knowledge, analysis, along with collaboration and a focus on people resulted in a mission of development and working with people.I nurture this within myself and have been developing it for many years. At that time, unconsciously, but step by step, towards the awareness I have today.For 10 years, I have been serving as an internal trainer in my workplaces in the area of MS Excel, training employees at various levels of advancement.I have trained hundreds of people, helping them work more efficiently, confidently, and effectively. I share my knowledge and experience. I discovered that it brings me great satisfaction and motivates me immensely.
Alongside my professional path, I have been developing my passion for numerology, zodiac signs, and working with intuition. The book "The Wizard's Library: Astrology" by Leszek Szuman I received from my aunt when I was 12 years old. Since then, I have been expanding my knowledge in this area. I have learned to follow signs and guides. This is what astrology and numerology mean to me. They illuminate our path and help us understand certain ambiguities. Albert Einstein said: "Astrology is an independent science. It explains a great deal to us. I have learned a lot from it and have benefited many times." Self-development, expanding consciousness, strengthening intuition, and working with relationships are the foundations of my authentic life. I believe that every person has a unique potential and inner wisdom — sometimes all it takes is space and attentive companionship to discover it. I am characterized by high empathy, emotional intelligence, and sensitivity to the emotions and moods of others. I have a natural "radar" for authenticity, emotions, and inconsistency — which allows me to deeply understand people and support them in their development process. My mission is to harmonize high sensitivity with inner strength, support intuition, inner peace, and spiritual courage in being oneself.
In my work, I combine hard business tools with a soft, holistic approach to the human being.I help individuals and teams grow—effectively, consciously, and in harmony with themselves. I believe that true efficiency arises from the balance between competencies, personality, and inner motivation.
I am a graduate of many management and development trainings, including Insight Discovery, team communication FRIS, personal and team productivity, Train the Trainer, as well as advanced data analysis (Ms Excel, Agile, efficient project execution, Power Query, Power BI ).
I plan to support my extensive experience in people management with studies in psychology to organize my knowledge, gain authenticity, strengthen my authority, and expand my understanding of our predispositions and capabilities, so I can be a reliable and competent consultant and mentor.
